Understanding the menstrual cycle for coaches - this session will explore how the menstrual cycle may impact your athlete, their training and performance. Included will be an overview of hormonal changes across the menstrual cycle compared to hormonal contraceptive use, related symptoms and considerations for supporting your female athletes.
